Meet Sharmyn

I’m a somatic practitioner and relational coach with over a decade of experience supporting nervous-system regulation, attachment repair, parts work, and body-based healing.

My work is rooted in deep respect for the ways our bodies and nervous systems adapt to survive, especially in a world shaped by trauma, inequity, and disconnection.

I believe healing happens when care is responsive, relational, and shaped around the individual rather than forcing people to fit into rigid models. Every person carries their own wisdom, and my role is to listen closely, attune deeply, and support what wants to unfold.

My work is rooted in the belief that human dignity and human rights are inherent and non-negotiable. As trauma educator and activist Anguine St. Just teaches, when we pathologize people’s pain instead of scrutinizing the systems that caused it, we miss the deeper truth of trauma itself. This practice is built on honoring nervous systems, histories, and lived realities with care and justice, and if that doesn’t align with your values, I may not be the right fit for you.

My Approach

My work weaves together somatic touch therapy, nervous-system regulation, attachment-focused work, and Internal Family Systems–informed parts work.

Sessions are fluid and collaborative, guided by the client’s internal system rather than a fixed protocol. I have worked intentionally to create an inclusive, affirming, and decolonized practice that honors lived experience, identity, and the complexity of healing in a world that is not always safe or fair.

I see healing not as something to be imposed, but as something that emerges when the body feels supported enough to soften, reorganize, and trust.
