Do you accept insurance?

I work as a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance. This allows me to offer more flexible, individualized care without the limits that insurance companies often place on treatment.

What are your rates?

I offer a sliding scale to help make care more accessible. Rates range from $100–$200, with a standard rate of $150. If finances are a concern, you’re welcome to reach out and we can talk about what feels workable.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. I work with people around the world via telehealth, and somatic and nervous-system-centered work can be meaningfully integrated into online sessions.

Who do you work with?

I primarily work with adults. Adolescents ages 14 and older may be seen in the context of in-person somatic touch therapy.

What should I expect in a first session?

A gentle orientation to how we’ll work together, time to share what brings you in, and space to settle into the room and the pace of the work.

Is somatic touch therapy always used?

No. Touch is always optional and collaborative.

Do I have to talk about my trauma?

No. This work does not require retelling or reliving painful experiences. We focus on what’s happening in your body and nervous system in the present moment.

Is this therapy or coaching?

My work is relational, somatic, and deeply therapeutic in nature, while remaining outside of licensed mental-health frameworks. This allows for flexibility, depth, and individualized care.

Is this work trauma-informed?

Yes. All of my work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and nervous-system-centered approaches.
